Insulated Water Bottle – 18/8 Stainless Steel Insulated Thermal Bottle

An insulated water bottle earns its price in two moments: when cold water is still cold at the end of a working day, and when coffee is still hot on the second half of a commute. This one is a double wall vacuum bottle with an ultra-micro copper coating between the walls, rated at 24 hours cold and 8 hours hot.

AurumDine supplies it across nine matte colours, and quotes OEM logo runs against your artwork.

Why the Copper Coating Matters

An insulated thermal bottle is only as good as what sits between its two walls. Vacuum alone slows heat transfer; the copper coating inside the gap slows it further, because copper reflects radiant heat back across instead of letting it pass. In practice that is the difference between a bottle that is still cold at lunchtime and one that is still cold when the shift ends.

Both walls — inner and outer — are 18/8 (304) austenitic stainless steel, the food-grade grade buyers ask for by name. Filled as a hot water insulated bottle, it holds temperature for up to 8 hours, which covers a commute, a school day or a morning outdoors.

Lid, Seal and What Happens in a Bag

The lid is a screw cap with a loop handle, sealed on a silicone gasket, so a bottle lying on its side in a bag stays sealed instead of marking everything around it. The loop takes a carabiner or clips to a bag strap, which is why the shape travels well.

The mouth takes ice cubes and a bottle brush, and hand washing is recommended: the powder coating is not built for a dishwasher cycle.

Grip, Finish and Nine Colours

A ribbed silicone band around the middle gives a firm hold when the bottle is cold or wet — which matters more than it sounds on an insulated drink bottle carried to a gym. The outer finish is matte powder coating, with the silver version left as brushed bare steel.

Nine stock colours cover the usual retail spread: matte black, brushed silver, red, navy, sage green, orange, pink, beige and dusty blue. Stock colours launch fastest; a custom colour is quoted against your Pantone reference.

How Catalogue Text Writes It

Listing titles write this product in several forms; the differences are typing habits, not product variants. You will see insulated bottle water, where the words are scrambled; water bottle insulated, where the property follows the noun; and insulation bottle, which drops a word. Concatenations such as insulated waterbottle appear where a seller has typed it as a single string.

For a buyer the naming is noise. What decides a purchase is capacity, retention hours, lid type and finish — four lines that belong on the same quote sheet so two suppliers compare on equal terms.

Where These Bottles Sell Best

  • Gym and fitness use
  • Office and commuting
  • Hiking and day trips
  • School and university
  • Corporate gifting and promotions
  • Retail and online resale

Insulated drink bottles sold into corporate gifting usually need a colour matching the buyer's brand, which is why the custom run matters more in that channel. For retail resale the reverse is true: nine stock colours let a buyer test which two sell.

Model, Minimum Order Quantity and OEM Options

One body, three ways to order. Colour and logo method are the two variables that move MOQ and price, because a custom colour run and a laser engraving setup carry different costs.

One number we need before quoting: the capacity your market expects. Tell us the ounces or millilitres the shelf price suits and we confirm which sizes, colours and MOQ apply.

Certification, Warranty and Lead Time

Food-contact and safety documents depend on your destination market: tell us where the goods are going and we confirm which reports we can supply before you order. The walls are food-grade stainless steel, so material declarations should sit on file — see the FDA food contact substances programme for what that covers.

Every bottle carries a 1-year warranty on the vacuum body and the lid seal. Stock colours ship in 7–15 days; custom colour and logo runs are quoted per order. Where a buyer wants a handle and a straw lid instead, the range also includes a travel tumbler.

What separates the best insulated drink bottles from the rest?

Three things separate the best insulated drink bottles from the rest, and all three are checkable on a sample. First, the wall construction: a true double wall vacuum with a reflective coating inside the gap, not a single wall with a sleeve. Second, the seal: a silicone gasket that still seals after a few hundred open-and-close cycles, which is what stops a bag from being flooded. Third, the lid-to-body thread: a mismatched thread is the most common reason a bottle leaks after a few months.

Does the 24 hour cold figure hold in real use?

It is a laboratory figure, and real use is harder on it: retention drops with a partly filled bottle, a hot car, direct sun, and every time the lid comes off. As a working guide, a full bottle kept out of direct sun holds cold through a working day, and most of the drop-off people notice comes from opening it.

Can we order a sample in our own colour?

Yes. Sample bottles are available in your chosen colour, so the finish and the seal can be checked before a production run. Send the colours, quantity and logo, and we quote the smallest run for that combination.
